Anthony C. Galli, Esq.
Principal AttorneyAnthony Galli is the founding and principal attorney of Galli Law, PLLC. Born and raised in Central New York, he has lived and worked in South Florida and New York City, experience that shapes his practical, business-minded approach to complex disputes. After graduating from Chittenango High School, he earned a B.A. from Florida International University and a J.D., with honors, from Hofstra University School of Law. Anthony is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of New York and Southern District of New York.
Anthony litigates complex matters through mediation, arbitration, and trial in both State and Federal Court. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes business disputes, construction project claims, securities litigation, and other commercial matters, with a focus on efficient strategy and results-driven advocacy.
Anthony is a proud father of two daughters and twin sons. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the National Association of Professional Process Servers. He is also a member of the Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348, where he volunteers as Lodge Attorney. In his very limited free time, he enjoys a good cigar and the warm weather of Florida.

Nicholas C. Hudson
Chief Operating OfficerNick Hudson serves as Chief Operating Officer at Galli Law, PLLC. In this role, he leads the firm's day-to-day operations and helps implement growth strategies that keep matters moving efficiently and clients informed at every stage. Nick is a lifelong resident of Oneida, New York, and he brings an uncommon mix of legal-industry experience, operational discipline, and technical skill to the firm.
Nick began his career in the legal services space in 2011, providing process service and independent paralegal support. Earlier in his career, he worked in the web hosting industry with a focus on Linux server management and PHP development, a background that still influences his systems-first approach to operations and client service. Since 2016, he has also been active in rental property management, giving him a practical understanding of property ownership and the challenges that come with running and protecting real estate investments.
Nick joined Galli Law in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer and works behind the scenes to strengthen internal processes, refine workflows, and support the team's ability to serve business clients effectively.
Nick is a non-attorney member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, National Association of Professional Process Servers, New York State Professional Process Servers Association, and Florida Association of Professional Process Servers.
He is also a member of the Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348, where he serves as an officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors. He also proudly serves as a District Chairperson for the Elks National Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to supporting local communities, youth life skills, scholarships, and the needs of today's veterans.
Outside the office, Nick is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan who rarely misses a home game. He enjoys time with family and friends, and he is always planning the next trip, whether it is for an away Bills game or a warm destination like Daytona Beach or Las Vegas.

Tonya M. Bailey
Office ManagerTonya "T" Bailey is the Office Manager at Galli Law, PLLC, where she supports daily operations and helps deliver a smooth, client-focused experience from first contact through resolution. With more than 30 years of client-centered experience, T brings calm leadership, strong organization, and a service mindset that helps keep the firm running efficiently.
A graduate of Utica College, her professional background includes nursing, education, human resources, real estate, and work as an insurance agent. That range gives her a practical understanding of what clients need, how to communicate clearly, and how to manage details that matter. At Galli Law, T helps coordinate internal workflows, supports the team's operational needs, and assists with the client experience so matters move forward with clarity and consistency.
T approaches every matter with authenticity and compassion. Clients appreciate her personable, straightforward style, and the team values her ability to bring structure and follow-through to the workday.
Outside the office, T enjoys spending time with her dog, King Karma, and planning her next trip. She loves warm and sunny destinations, with Florida and Jamaica among her favorites.

James L. Fortino
Real Estate ParalegalJim Fortino is a Real Estate Paralegal at Galli Law, PLLC, bringing 15 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions. A Syracuse University graduate (B.A., 1988), Jim later completed a Paralegal Certificate in 2010 and has spent his career supporting matters involving sales, purchases, and lender-side transactions.
At Galli Law, Jim works with clients and the legal team on landlord-side evictions, LLC formations, and real estate litigation support. His hands-on transactional experience gives him a practical perspective that helps streamline documentation, improve coordination, and keep matters progressing efficiently.
A lifelong resident of Central New York, Jim takes pride in providing dependable support and consistent communication on every file.

Kasten S. Schultz
Litigation ParalegalKasten S. Schultz is a Litigation Paralegal at Galli Law, PLLC, where he supports the firm’s litigation team with case development, organization, and day-to-day matter management. He earned his Associate in Science in Legal Studies from St. John's University in Queens in 2024 and is actively continuing his education at SUNY Empire as he builds on a growing foundation in legal services.
Working in the legal field as a paralegal since 2024, Kasten brings a careful, detail-oriented approach to litigation support. His work includes organizing case files, tracking deadlines, drafting litigation documents, conducting legal research, preparing for hearings and trials, and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process to help keep matters moving efficiently.
Before joining Galli Law, Kasten gained leadership experience managing a stage production company and after-school education programs. Outside the office, he enjoys reading, motorcycles, shooting sports, and photography.

Jessica S. Lamphear
Administrative AssistantJessica S. Lamphear is an Administrative Assistant at Galli Law, PLLC, and has been an integral part of the firm since its founding in 2022. She supports the Principal Attorney's day-to-day administrative operations, helping ensure leadership can function efficiently and smoothly.
Jessica is a graduate of SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, where she earned her B.S. Since joining Galli Law at its inception, she has played a key role in supporting the firm's growth and maintaining consistent, organized operations.
Outside the office, Jessica is deeply dedicated to her family and children. She values spending quality time together and enjoys traveling to create meaningful experiences and lasting memories.

Sydney M. Wooddell
Administrative AssistantSydney Wooddell is an Administrative Assistant at Galli Law, PLLC. She earned dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Film from SUNY Oswego in 2023 and is a commissioned Notary Public.
Before joining the legal field, Sydney built a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership. She spent six years with Target, advancing from cashier to team leader and manager, and later served as an assistant manager with Valvoline. She brings that same organization, follow-through, and client-focused mindset to supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Sydney has been drawn to the legal profession for as long as she can remember, and she takes pride in helping keep matters on track behind the scenes. Outside the office, she enjoys screenwriting, baking and cooking, and candle making.
